Fruit-Secco Grape has a mild aroma, as is typical for ripe grapes. We harvest the fruit early in the season, though, to retain its refreshing acidity. van Nahmen Fruit-Secco Grape is an organic aperitif – pure, stimu-lating enjoyment of freshness and fruit, free of alcohol.

Expertise
The Secco has a foamy sparkle. The bouquet is inten-se, marked by ripe red grape, rhubarb, strawberry and vanilla sponge notes. On the palate there is a pleasant caramelised sweetness reminiscent of candyfloss. The moderate acidity and lively carbonation provide the freshness it needs, and the lingering taste evokes freshly harvested rhubarb sprinkled with sugar. For all connoisseurs who enjoy something fruity and sweet. However, Fruit Secco is also delightful with desserts such as Neapolitan ice cream cake. It goes well with blue cheese such as Gorgonzola Dolce or Fourme d’Ambert, as well as with sweeter fruit desserts.
